- Visual Arts Exhibition operates daily from 1100-2100 during the festival period
- Special dinners for openings and with sponsors shall be held at the ballroom
- MFO chamber concerts shall be held in a suitable space within the hotel or an interesting location in the city
- MFO outreach – education or side by side rehearsals with the local musicians/orchestra community
