Billed as the highest-rated Muay Thai TV show in the world, WTF Muay Thai Fight Series Thailand 2021 will comprise four weekends of fights broadcast directly from Bangkok’s famous Rajadamnern Stadium.
Each weekend will comprise six professional fights between world-renowned international fighters. Organised by WTF Media, one of Asia’s largest and fastest-growing sports gaming platforms, the fights will be live streamed to millions of viewers through the WTF Media app. In addition, the organisers are in talks with broadcasters from around the world, including Australia, Burma, Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, UK & USA.
Held at Rajadamnern Stadium in Bangkok’s historic old town quarter, the WTF Muay Thai Fight Series Thailand 2021 captures the iconic martial arts of Thailand in a perfect setting. The stadium holds 8,000 people and has become a centre for Muay Thai artists and fans around the world. Practiced by professionals and amateurs around the world, Muay Thai is also referred to as the “art of eight limbs” due to its use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.
The four events are spread throughout the year, with the first event confirmed for 21 March 2021. The three remaining events will take place in May, August and November this year.
