Asia's biggest triathlon series returns in 2023 and 2024 with 35 mass participation sports events comprising individual swim, bike and running races.
The TriFactor Asia Destination Tri Series 2023/2024 unfolds in seven countries with the season finale World Championships held in Quzhou in the Republic of China. The series is expected to attract over 35,000 international participants from Asia, Europe, the Americas, Africa and Oceania.
TriFactor is famous for creating a revolutionary triathlon concept where participants can take part in one or more events, allowing them to swim, bike, run or compete in all three disciplines. The flexibility makes it one of the most popular mass participation sporting events in Asia, attracting a wide variety of athletes of all abilities.
The series has gained huge popularity since being founded in Singapore in 2009, with more than 10,000 participants and over 100 races to date. With an expected 35,000 participants, the TriFactor Asia Destination Tri Series 2023/2024 is expected to attract more people than ever.
Participants can compete in seven countries: China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. The series is designed to cater to both professional athletes and amateurs and the events are popular with families, sports clubs and corporations who value fun and camaraderie.
Events are scheduled throughout Asia over the course of 2023 and 2024, with some events being single-discipline such as bike or run, some being duathlons and some triathlons. Participants can then choose the disciplines they want to compete in.
