With the 2019 Fin Market already a success, organisers are looking ahead to next year’s event, which promises to be even bigger and more inclusive. With events scheduled in more than 20 provinces all over Thailand, Fin Market is one of the most widely publicised mass participation events in the country.
Featuring more than 80 stalls selling food, clothing, music and accessories, each event attracts more than 20,000 people with a combined spend of more than THB5 million. Stalls are run by young entrepreneurs who will gain valuable experience selling their products to their peers, gain national exposure and learn about running their own business.
New initiatives for Fin Market 2020 includes increased digitalisation, giving consumers enhanced access to the products on offer, and increasing the reach for the stalls. Working with various delivery services for added convenience also allows stalls to reach more customers. The 2020 edition of Fin Market will see the launch of the Earth Care Eco Campaign in collaboration with Gracz, a maker of biodegradable food packaging.
