Fostering two of Thailand’s most promising young motorsports stars, Team BB is a leading independent motocross team with a strong international focus.
Team BB currently comprises the two brothers Boeing, aged 12, and Brian, aged eight, both of whom have already competed in several international junior competitions. Having shown an interest in motorsports from a very early age, Boeing competed in his first race at the age of five, while Brian took on the competition already at age four.
Coached by motocross expert Stephen James Dunn, the two have their eyes set on several international races for the 2020/2021 seasons, including Mix Master Kids and the British Youth Championships in the U.K.; AJMX in Australia; the world’s largest amateur motocross race, Loretta Lynn, in the U.S.; and 360 Msang 8 Speed in Thailand.
Both Boeing and Brian have shown their commitment and talent in the sport, with Boeing adding several first place finishes to his resume at the 2018 White Rose Motocross Championships in the U.K., and at the FMSCT Thailand Supercross Series, also in 2018. Meanwhile, Brian placed third overall at the 2019 Mix Master Kids in the U.K. amongst over 80 competitors. He also became the British Youth Championship Rookie Champion in 2019 and placed third overall.
With an aim to foster and nurture young riders to achieve international success and be a positive force within youth sports in Thailand, Team BB is open to taking in new talent. The team’s goal by 2025 is to have a stable of riders with international experience to represent Thailand on the world stage of motorsports.
Motorsports are becoming increasingly popular in Thailand. The Kingdom now has several circuits of high international standard and commonly feature in international championships, some of which attract tens of thousands of spectators. With a growing interest in the sport, Team BB is ideally positioned to grow and attract more talent in the coming years.
