Volleyball World extends partnerships with Title Sponsor SPONSOR and Presenting Partner Hatari
Women’s Volleyball Nations League 2026 - Bangkok
Thailand, 2026

Volleyball World has confirmed that SPONSOR will continue as Title Partner for the women’s Volleyball Nations League (VNL) event in Bangkok in 2026, while Thai cooling solutions brand Hatari joins as Presenting Partner for the tournament.

The SPONSOR Women’s Volleyball Nations League 2026 – Bangkok presented by Hatari will once again bring many of the world’s top national volleyball teams to Thailand, a market widely regarded as one of the sport’s strongest fan bases. The annual VNL competition has become one of the premier events on the international volleyball calendar, combining elite-level competition with strong local fan engagement.

For SPONSOR, Thailand’s leading sports drink brand, the agreement continues a long-running relationship with international volleyball. The company will serve as Title Partner in Thailand for the third consecutive VNL event and has now partnered with Volleyball World for four straight years overall. In addition to previous VNL events, SPONSOR has also supported the FIVB Women’s World Cup and most recently acted as a regional partner in 2025.

Hatari also deepens its involvement in volleyball through the new partnership. After supporting the 2025 FIVB Women’s World Cup, the company will now expand its presence through the Bangkok stop of the VNL. As part of the agreement, Hatari will receive category exclusivity in air conditioning and fan products, with a focus on improving comfort and the overall venue experience for spectators.

Both brands will have a visible presence throughout the tournament through on-court branding, fan engagement activities and in-venue activations. SPONSOR, in particular, plans to continue building on the entertainment and interactive experiences it has introduced at previous volleyball events in Thailand.

The announcement also reflects the continued growth of volleyball in Thailand and across Southeast Asia. Volleyball World recently expanded its regional media strategy through partnerships with Jas and Mono, aimed at increasing volleyball coverage and audience reach in the region.

Oliver Clarke, Chief Partnerships Officer at Volleyball World, said: “Welcoming Hatari as Presenting Partner alongside the continued support of SPONSOR as Title Partner reflects the strength of the Volleyball Nations League platform and its ability to bring together leading brands around premium international events.

Bangkok has consistently delivered high-quality competition and strong fan engagement, making it an important stop on the VNL calendar. We look forward to working closely with both partners to enhance the event experience and drive further impact on and off the court.”

Marcelo Hargreaves da Costa, Chief Product Officer at Volleyball World, said: “The Volleyball Nations League continues to set the benchmark for delivering a premium experience for both fans and athletes across every host city. Bangkok plays a key role in that, consistently combining world-class competition with an outstanding in-venue atmosphere.

With SPONSOR and Hatari on board, we are well positioned to further enhance the fan journey, from on-site engagement to the overall event environment, ensuring an even more memorable experience throughout the competition.”

Ms. Mallika Lungnimitmas, Country Marketing Director of TCP Group, said: “2026 marks our third year as Title Sponsor of the Volleyball Nations League (VNL) in Thailand, and our fourth consecutive year partnering with Volleyball World. Over the years, this partnership has grown beyond sport, becoming a platform that connects athletes, fans, and the vibrant volleyball culture in Thailand.

We believe Thailand is more than just a competition venue; it is one of the most passionate volleyball destinations in the world, where every match is driven by the incredible energy of Thai fans. As the No.1 sports drink brand in Thailand, Sponsor is proud to stand alongside both athletes and fans through our ‘No.1 Cheer Supporter’ campaign, supporting the passion, energy, and spirit that make Thai volleyball truly special.

We will continue to support a variety of sports and create impactful experiences and inspire Thai fans across the country.”

Chanya Panichtrakul, Assistant Managing Director at Hatari, said: “As a Thai brand, we are proud to continue our partnership with FIVB for the third consecutive year. This collaboration goes beyond sponsorship — it is a strategic platform that allows Hatari to showcase Thai quality, craftsmanship, and innovation on a prestigious global stage. Through this partnership, we aim not only to strengthen our international brand presence and support market expansion, but also to inspire pride among Thai consumers by proving that Thai excellence can stand alongside the best in the world.”

Paul Poole, Founder, Managing Director and Chairman of Paul Poole (South East Asia) Co., Ltd. said: “Having helped broker the deal with SPONSOR for four years and with Hatari for two years, we’re extremely thrilled to see these partnerships continue to flourish for the benefit of all involved, and not least the sport of volleyball and the many fans.”
