The inaugural REDLINE Fitness Games Bangkok 2025 will take place at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) on 6-7 December 2025. First held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2023, the event has quickly gained a loyal following and is now ready for regional expansion.
The functional fitness race series takes participants through a gruelling race course with 12 workout stations that test functional fitness. The name “REDLINE” refers to the idea of pushing one’s physical and mental fitness to the limit.
With more than 6,500 participants and spectators at the first events in Kuala Lumpur, the organisers expect similar or higher numbers for this first edition of REDLINE Fitness Games in Bangkok. While swimmers, cyclists and runners have several high profile mass participation events throughout the year, gym-goers have traditionally lacked competition formats to test their fitness.
The competition is open to individuals, doubles and teams of four of all fitness levels. To complete the race, participants must finish all stations in the designated order and perform all workouts according to the movement standards. Each workout station has a judge who makes sure each participant finishes the station in a safe and correct manner.
The race is designed so that participants of all fitness levels can participate, with distances, weights and repetitions varying for the men’s and women’s divisions and for categories advanced, intermediate and beginner.
Designed not only to test fitness but also build community, REDLINE Fitness Games also features an expo with fun activities, food and drinks, music and various health and fitness products and services on display.
