Asia Pop 40 is Asia’s first regional weekly chart countdown radio show, produced specifically for Asian radio and in both English and Mandarin language. The three-hour show counts down the most popular songs across Asia, combining regional music data to produce a pan-Asian regional radio programme.

Hosted in English by Joey Chou and Daisy Wang and in Mandarin by Max Lim, the show is aired twice weekly in more than 70 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, including Australia, Cambodia, China, Guam, Indonesia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, UAE and the USA.

With production studios in Los Angeles, Taiwan and Kuala Lumpur, Asia Pop 40 features the latest artist interviews, up and coming artists and hit predictions, as well as the weekly countdown.

On-air since 2015, the show will reach its 500th episodes in the beginning of February 2023 and has amassed a large following on social media - with more than 40,000 followers on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube. The show has an impressive archive on YouTube and Facebook of interviews with some of Asia’s and the world’s most popular artists, including Ellie Goulding, Bella Poarch, Lauv, BBNO$ and more.

Asia Pop 40 also runs a number of popular events throughout the year including festivals such as Laneway in Singapore, the ARIA Awards in Australia and WeTheFest in Indonesia.
